Job Summary

The Tech-Shop, a part of the Fugro Singapore Marine, supports the Marine Site Characterisation and Marine Asset Integrity business activities in the Offshore Renewal Energy Market and the Offshore Oil and Gas Industry.

This is a technical role in a Tech-Shop environment, engaging in the maintenance, testing, troubleshooting and servicing of electrical and electronic equipment. Occasionally be involved in the mobilisation of equipment/systems onto vessels.

About the Role

• Maintenance, testing, troubleshooting and servicing of the equipment/system.

• Acquire In-depth knowledge of the equipment/system for which he/she is responsible.

• Inventories awareness of equipment/systems, accessories and spares.

• Initiate the purchase of associated accessories and spare part shortfall.

• Equipment and systems preparation and documentation.

• Provide training and guidance to others on equipment/system for which he/she is responsible.

About you

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Diploma in Electronic & Computer Engineering or Diploma in Electronic or higher.

• Well-versed in verbal and written English language.

• Self-motivated.

• Keen aptitude for technological advancement.

• Good Logical thought processes.

• Work autonomously.

• Ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines;

• Excellent interpersonal skills:

• Adaptive to all kinds of working environments.
