Your knowledge and experience on internal communications is instrumental to support the Executive Leadership Team in the execution of our strategy and to drive employee engagement across the globe. You advise keystakeholders and support them by developing high-quality concepts and communications.

Your role

• This is a high-profile job in the global organisation of Fugro. You work directly with Executive Leadership Team Members and other senior leaders of the organisation. Advising these stakeholders and supporting them by developing high-quality concepts and communications;

• You also work closely with other colleagues in the global Brand & Communications team; which covers the work areas: brand, internal communications, PR, public affairs, and digital communications;

• You develop an agenda setting approach to drive the Fugro story on its purpose, strategy, and global activities to internal stakeholders across the globe; driving employee engagement and support strategy execution;

• You develop enduring communications concepts that are future-proof and bring something new to Fugro and improve the effectiveness of our communications;

• You will be actively supporting the Strategy & Transformation team and business leaders in driving change across the organisation and realising our Towards Full Potential strategy;

• You set-up audience and campaign research to gather insights on improving our internal communications.

Your track record

• Degree in Corporate Communications, People and/or Change Management or similar;

• Previous experience in a global corporate environment is essential;

• Project management experience is a must-have;

• Affinity with technology and innovation is seen a plus;

• Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written (Dutch would be a plus);

• A drive to deliver results, measure success and learn from insights.
