You’re going to be an integral part of this trailblazing venture!

As Intern Market Research, you will play an instrumental role in the success of TotaLite by helping the team find new opportunities for TotaLite in unknown markets and applications. You collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams (commercial, product) to understand the market, analyze new market segments and applications, research target new client groups and evaluate its potential market size.

Here are some cool problems you might work on:

• Help us find new applications where potential customers have monitoring challenges that TotaLite can solve, and that represents a huge market.

• Help determine relevant market segments and analyze the size of the price. Think as an entrepreneur.

Like most roles at TotaLite, your day-to-day work will touch a lot of other important things. You can expect to learn how a startup works; how you build a business.

What you'll do

• Explore and determine new markets and applications for TotaLite which can be out of Fugro’s comfort zone;

• Do market research on market segments with business potential based on the current performance of the product;

• Conduct interviews with potential new users and participate in industry (networking) events;

• Analyze the market segments, determine the potential customers and define the size of the price;

• Work with the TotaLite MD and Business Developer, with Fugro Strategy and Fugro Global Business Line Directors, Academia and other key market experts for better understanding of the market.

What it takes

• Being a student -bachelor or master- in Business Administration, International Business, Business Innovation, or other commercial/business oriented study; who is looking for an internship or side-job;

• An entrepreneurial behavior, taking initiative and hands-on;

• An eagerness to learn, curiosity to understand how the other person ticks;

• Analytical skills and structured approach;

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
