Job Description

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Global Treasury team in our HQ in Leidschendam. Global Treasury sits in the remit of Corporate Finance & Treasury reporting into our CFO.

As a Treasury Systems Specialist you are primarily responsible for the optimal performance of Fugro’s Treasury systems and focused on delivering insights from our data.

In this role you have a global scope and work closely together with relevant business partners to improve our treasury service level as well as collaborating with Fugro’s Financial Operation community, Global IT and ERP implementation partners to improve quality, performance, and connectivity of systems. You will be a valued member of a small but dynamic team, offering you an opportunity to broaden and deepen your treasury skillset.

Your role

  • You own the Treasury Systems Landscape (TIS, TMS, SWIFT, electronic banking tools);

  • You perform business analysis for all treasury systems and provide technical business requirements, to be implemented by developers inhouse and from vendors;

  • You drive connectivity and integration with other non-treasury systems;

  • You initiate and execute report and process automation;

  • You write and maintain procedures for automation and reporting processes and user training material to relevant Financial Operations teams to ensure User Acceptance;

  • You identify and mitigate risks, plan system testing and maintenance cycles.

Your track record

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology or similar is required;

  • You have relevant experience in ERP, TMS- implementation and change management;

  • You have working knowledge of global cash management, payments, and general treasury principles and best practices;

  • You are organised, and are not afraid to make thoughtful recommendations and take action;

  • You have excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
