Proposal Manager

Job Description

The role -

The Proposal Manager will primarily be responsible for writing tenders for Geophysical projects world-wide whilst maintaining excellent relationships with clients through responding to enquiries, active follow-ups and identifying opportunities for Fugro.

You enjoy collaborating to develop client opportunities into contracted work and are comfortable acting as a Key Account Manager for local customers.

Who we’re looking for:

Ideally, someone who is confident in a client facing role, strong communication skill. Preferably you will have some Proposal Management experience as you will need to be comfortable when meeting strict deadlines and submitting high quality, value-adding proposals.

The successful candidate will work in close collaboration with Sales/BD, technical and project management teams.

You will play a key role in supporting the proposal management teams with proposal development tasks and administrative duties by developing cost analyses and pricing schedules based on proposal requirements. Works in close collaboration with the sales/Business Development and project management teams and the proposal management teams
