Job Description

Job responsibilities:

Meets the department's goals and quality, productivity and employee satisfaction targets by

  • Being accountable for the team results,

  • Providing engineering/geo-science advice in multiple specialized technical disciplines,

  • Developing solutions with the team by putting acquired geo-data into context,

  • Adapting departmental plans and priorities,

  • Defining own team's standards,

  • Contributing to optimum cooperation within the department. Manages a group of Geo-data Engineers/Scientists/Consultants and/or Supervisors and/or large, complex operations teams.

You bring (qualifications & experience) ​

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of offshore experience.

  • Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering.

  • Previous management experience required.

  • Previous experience in offshore survey operations.

  • Previous experience working with STARFIX Software is preferred.

  • Proficient in English.
