The role

As a ROV Trainer you will design, development, documentation and delivery of ROV training and related courses  and  programmes  as  part  of  the  Fugro  Academy  Technical  Training team.

You will maintain ROV training and related courses and programmes and maintain ROV training, equipment and material.

The role may require occasional global travel to various Fugro or client offices to deliver training, working from a Fugro office or working from home or working non standard office hours.

Who we’re looking for:

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Good computer skills using Word / Excel / MS Project etc.

Adaptability, with a proven ability to work as part of a small team and independently.

Willingness to learn new skills, appropriate to the position, as Fugro Academy develops.

Desirable

Coaching, mentoring, or training junior ROV Pilots.

Leadership, mentoring and management experience.

Experience of training course design and development processes
