About the Role

• Responsible for Singapore and other SEA (South-East Asia) but not limited to, task execution in HR information system.

• Support in maintaining data accuracy, integrity, and timeliness, within HR system according to Group guidelines.

• Responsible for first-level user support in their day-to-day utilization, and development of HR system.

• Support in creating and managing of system documentations, guides, issues documentations.

• Assist with management reporting and data extraction when needed.

• Drives efficient and effective data management to find ways to organize, store and analyze data with attention to security and confidentiality.

• Support change management activities to ensure smooth transition to new system/process.

About you

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or equivalent

• Experience in executing HR transactions in Workday or similar HRIS

• Working knowledge of HR business processes and systems

• Prior experience in digital transformation / HR systems implementation an added advantage

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

• Independent, resourceful and able to perform under pressure with minimal supervision

• Meticulous, service-oriented and have attention for details
