Job Description

The USV Workflow Owner will develop efficient processes by leveraging the expertise of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across Fugro’s operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and place Quality, Health & Safety, Security, and the protection of the Environment as core values while never intentionally placing employees, our processes, customers, or the communities in which we live and work at risk.

  • Ensure all activities are conducted in conformance with the company’s HSE and QA systems.

  • Coordinating the interpretation and reporting of post-processed office and field-related geo-data

  • Carrying out complex computations and compilation of data analysis reports

  • Proposing improvements in research methods and quality systems.

  • Provide technical input for tenders,

  • Assist with the establishment and compilation of project procedures.

  • Making recommendations, including any supplementary investigations,

  • Contributing to acquisition activities and taking on tasks that have been escalated by junior team members.

Job Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.

  • Possess current driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record.

  • Requires a university degree in. related field.

  • Daily production oversight and reporting for all geospatial-related projects.

  • Requires in-depth expertise in one or more of the following subject areas and must be proficient with all of the following subjects including Feature Manipulation Engine (FME), GIS, ArcGIS, coordinate systems and projections, complex geospatial analysis and geodatabase design.

  • Requires a university degree and in-depth knowledge and experience of the organization, processes, and customers.
