Graduate Electrical Engineer- UAE National

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Survey Engineering Manager / Survey Workshop Supervisor regarding ongoing operational requirements.

• Assist Base Engineer in setting up Computer hardware and installing / trouble shooting and configuring Operating system and other software.

• Assist with Setup, testing and operation of a variety survey and positioning systems.

• Assist with mobilisation and operation of positioning and hydrographic survey equipment.

• Assist with data acquisition and quality control of data in survey and construction vessels.

• Assist with Maintenance of Reference Stations in Middle East Region.

Qualifications required:

• Must be a UAE national with a Family Book and have completed military service.

• Graduate with a bachelor's degree in electrical or electronic engineering.

• Entry-level to 2 years of experience in a similar field.

• Experience in setup / commissioning / maintenance of survey sensors / vessel navigation equipment.

• Experience in fault finding and reporting.

• Computer literate including networking.

• An excellent communicator (verbally and written) and able to form good working relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
