Fugro Suhaimi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager specializing in Critical Minerals and GroundIQ. This role is pivotal in driving our growth strategy within the critical minerals sector, leveraging our cutting-edge GroundIQ technology to revolutionize subsurface condition management.

Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Actively listen to and understand client needs to make informed decisions.

• Sales Strategy: Shape and lead sales strategies within priority markets such as infrastructure, energy, and critical minerals.

• Market Expansion: Contribute to the company's growth strategy by expanding into new markets and client types.

• Travel: Be prepared for 30-50% global travel to engage with clients and teams across regions.

• Project Development: Develop project opportunities and manage client relationships to identify geo-data value, particularly in the critical minerals sector.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Degree in a civil-related discipline.

• Experience: Proven track record in project development and experience in international engineering consultancy, with a strong focus on critical minerals.

• Industry Network: Strong industry network and ability to grow it to enable sales, especially within the critical minerals industry.

• Skills: Exceptional client management skills and a comprehensive understanding of the asset development cycle.

• Saudi Arabia Experience: Prior experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is highly desirable, with an understanding of the local market dynamics and regulatory environment.
