Speak Up
If you believe that a situation may be in violation of the law or inconsistent with our values, or if it simply does not feel right, please don’t keep it to yourself.
Tell us about any concerns you may have regarding health risks, fraud, bribery, harassment, or other types of inappropriate behaviour, using our Speak Up system. In doing so, you enable us to take action and improve the situation.
Our Corporate Integrity Committee deals with any reports on suspected violations of the Code of Conduct . This committee can initiate and supervise internal investigations, as well as impose disciplinary and organisational measures.
Who can use the Speak Up system?
Any third party that is impacted by, or business relationship that observes misconduct by Fugro, its employees or business partners, can use our Speak Up system.
How can you use the Speak Up system?
When you use the system, please include a detailed description of the incident and supporting evidence. This will facilitate an effective investigation and an adequate response to your concern. Please note that general allegations cannot be investigated.
