Key Accountabilities:

Electrical:

  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical panels.

  • Troubleshoot and repair issues related to electrical panels, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

  • Conduct regular maintenance on electric motors, including lubrication, alignment, and inspection of motor components.

  • Identify and address issues related to wiring, connections, and control circuitry..

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to VFDs, including motor control, parameter settings, and feedback systems.

  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including inspection reports and repair documentation

  • Update maintenance logs and contribute to the development of maintenance schedules.

Hydraulic:

  • Execute scheduled maintenance tasks on hydraulic systems to prevent downtime and ensure continuous operation.

  • Perform repairs or replacements of hydraulic components such as pumps, valves, cylinders, and hoses.

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and update the maintenance database.

Circuit Board Level Repairs:

  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of electronic components and circuits to diagnose and repair faults at the circuit board level

  • Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends related to circuit board level repairs.

  • Interpret and understand electronic schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation.

  • Use schematics to trace signal paths and identify key components for troubleshooting.

  • To provide feedback on recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

  • Work closely with other team members to share knowledge and best practices.

  • Escalating complex tasks to the Senior Workshop/Maintenance Technician when required. Works with moderate supervision and standard operating procedures. Requires senior secondary vocational education or equivalent professional and intellectual capacities and relevant work experience.

  • Job is performed in the field and/or workshop.

Qualifications required:

Bachelors in Electricals or Electronics from reputed college.

Skills / experience required to do the job:

Preferably minimum 6 months - 1 year of experience in repairing, Maintenace, troubleshooting. Good communication skills in English language and good interpersonal skills

HSE Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring safety of self and others at site. Prevent damage of equipment and assets Responsible for following all safety signs/procedures/ safe working practices Responsible for using appropriate PPE’s Responsible for participating in mock drills. Entitled to refuse any to undertake any activity considered unsafe. Responsible for filling up of hazard observation card, wherever hazard has been noticed at site. Responsible for safe housekeeping of his work place. To stop any operation that is deemed unsafe To be able to operate fire extinguisher in case of fire To report an incident as soon as possible to immediate supervisor and HSE manager To complete HSE trainings as instructed to do so
