Do you want to join our Geo-data revolution? Fugro’s global reach and unique know-how will put the world at your fingertips. Our love of exploration and technical expertise help us to provide our clients with invaluable insights. We source and make sense of the most relevant Geo-data for their needs, so they can design, build, and operate their assets more safely, sustainably, and efficiently. But we’re always looking for new talent to take the next step with us. For bright minds who enjoy meaningful work and want to push our pioneering spirit further. For individuals who can take the initiative but work well within a team.

The role

As an experienced Graphic Designer, you will join our Regional Strategic Sales and Marketing team based in our Wallingford, Office, reporting into the Regional Marketing Manager EUAF. You will be responsible for developing visually compelling and effective multimedia design materials, including presentations, proposals, digital brochures, flyers, infographics, motion graphics and video content in line with the corporate identity and Fugro’s brand guidelines.

The successful Graphic Designer will  collaborate with the regional marketing and commercial excellence teams to understand their specific design needs, producing high quality static and motion graphic content that effectively communicates the company message to its B2B Client. In this role you will stay updated on industry trends, design best practices and emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative design ideas to the table and have a grasp of UX/UI principles for creating user friendly designs for digital projects.

Who we’re looking for:

As a Graphic Designer at Fugro you will have a proven successful record of innovative development of graphic design ideally in a B2B setting, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design or visual communication projects, including graphics for presentations and proposals.  Successful completion of a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication or related field is an advantage.  You will be creative with an excellent understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and colour theory, with experience in motion graphics and animation.  Strong communication skills to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas is imperative to the role, with the ability to undertake and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks to meet deadline and deliver high-quality work on time. A genuine passion and creativity for graphic design, with high standards in quality is essential for this role.

Because to be the world’s leading Geo-data specialist, we need the strength and depth that comes from a diverse, driven team.

  • Extensive career & training opportunities both nationally and internationally.
