Job Title: Office Data Processor

Department: Client Delivery Team

Location: Fugro Egypt – Cairo Office

Job Description:

Fugro Egypt is excited to welcome a new Office Data Processor to join our dynamic Client Delivery Team. The chosen candidate will play a vital role in processing survey Geo-data and contributing to the creation of reports, drawings, and charts. We are seeking a self-motivated individual who is enthusiastic about learning and excelling in a professional and innovative teamwork environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Process survey Geo-data efficiently and accurately. Generate reports, drawings, and charts based on processed data. Utilize MS Office 365, AutoCAD, and ESRI ArcGIS/QGIS for data processing and analysis. Demonstrate a good standard of IT literacy. Work collaboratively within the Client Delivery Team and across departments. Understand and fulfill assigned task requirements. Deliver results for assigned tasks in a timely manner. Apply general knowledge of survey and data acquisition principles. Implement data mapping and visualization techniques. Produce high-quality text reports and charts. Perform effective Quality Control (QC) on both personal and others' work.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in Engineering (Architecture/Civil) or equivalent.

  • Experience: 0-3 years of working experience.

  • Proficient in MS Office 365, AutoCAD, and ESRI ArcGIS/QGIS.

  • Good standard of IT literacy.

  • Preferred knowledge of programming skills and the Adobe package.

  • Languages: Proficient in both Arabic and English.

  • Self-motivated and proactive with a professional attitude.

  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.

  • Demonstrated understanding of assigned task requirements.

  • Ability to perform and deliver results for assigned tasks promptly.

  • General understanding of survey and data acquisition principles.

  • Knowledge of data mapping and visualization techniques.

  • Ability to produce high-quality text reports and charts.

  • Capability to perform effective QC on personal and others' work.
