Job Description

The role

As an MRB Assistant you will support the Quality Manager, quality, workshop and project teams in effectively collating and distributing MRB’s in accordance with the contractual requirements of the client.  Regular liaison with Technical Clerk, QHSE Manager and Management Team to generate reports.  Assist QHSE Manager and Technical Clerk with production of quality surveillance plans.   You will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and filing supplier quality records. - Reviewing company and client quality plans to determine the correct records and documentation to be included in the company manufacturing record books for the services and products provided by the company. - Generating quality records (manufacturing record books) for company products and services as required. Produce Manufacturing Record Books for company products and services as needed. Collaborate with relevant departments (Projects, Workshop, Purchasing, and Stores) regarding quality records.  Review the company and client quality requirements to ensure accurate records and documentation are included in the Manufacturing Record Books for company-supplied products or services.  Compile and issue customer documentation packages and retain all records. Coordinate with customers and production to gather necessary information for documentation packages.  Generate reports as required for Technical Clerk, QHSE Manager and Management Team. Generating quality records (manufacturing record books) for company products and services as required. Produce reports as requested for the Quality Manager.

Who we’re looking for:

You will have demonstrable communication skills of a high standard, with the ability to confidently liaise with and maintain communication with the QHSE Manager, QC Inspector, Technical Clerk and all other relevant personnel to ensure the production and maintenance of the company quality records. Have a high standard of computer literacy specifically with Microsoft office.
