The Key Accountability of the Position:

Coordination / monitoring all the survey projects: Monitor the progresses of site works, compile DPRs. Prepare the draft method statement and draft report for all survey project, Client interaction/meeting as per the requirement. QC Checking of all site work documents. Maintain all survey project related documents including site survey field book. Checking of all reports and drawings before submission to client for QC purpose.

Lidar survey project: Processing of Lidar data for all the scanning project, Look after all the GIS requirement for the project. Preparation of draft report for different phases of project, Client office visit, Site base client interaction (Land Department, Project Department, and Operation Department etc.).

Software – She will responsible for installation and running of all survey and GIS related software including Riscan Pro, Civilcad 3D and ArcGIS.

Business Development (Survey & GIS) – Prepare the prospective client list and visit all the client office, starts with Mumbai base client. Prepare the draft method statement for submission with the tender.

Qualification -

• Master's in planning /Geography/ Remote Sensing/Urban Planning/Geology

• With Minimum 10 years of experience in GIS/Remote Sensing/Survey/Project.

• He should be available at HQ town when ever required.

HSE Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring safety of self and others at site. Prevent damage of equipment and assets Responsible for following all safety signs/procedures/ safe working practices Responsible for using appropriate PPE’s Responsible for participating in mock drills. Entitled to refuse any to undertake any activity considered unsafe. Responsible for filling up of hazard observation card, wherever hazard has been noticed at site. Responsible for safe housekeeping of his work place. To stop any operation that is deemed unsafe To be able to operate fire extinguisher in case of fire To report an incident as soon as possible to immediate supervisor and HSE manager To complete HSE trainings as instructed to do so
