We are looking to recruit an experienced Autonomous Operations Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team based in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you be responsible for providing advanced technical support and guidance for autonomous operations. This role involves ensuring the operational efficiency and reliability of autonomous systems, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and mentoring junior technical support staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced technical support for the operation and maintenance of autonomous systems, including Unmanned Surface Vehicles (USVs) and other remote technologies.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations.

• Collaborate technical team to develop and implement technical procedures and best practices.

• Conduct regular system diagnostics and performance evaluations to identify and address potential issues proactively.

• Mentor and support junior technical support staff, providing guidance and training to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies in all technical operations.

• Assist in the deployment and integration of new autonomous technologies, ensuring they meet operational requirements.

• Maintain detailed documentation and reports related to technical support activities and system performance.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and reliability of autonomous operations.

• Support the development and updating of technical training programs for autonomous operations personnel.

What Skills & Experience Will You Have?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marine Technology, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support, preferably in autonomous or remote operations.

• Strong technical knowledge of autonomous systems and related technologies.

• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in autonomous operations.

• Knowledge of applicable codes, guidelines, and standards.
