Regional IT Business Partner - Corporate Functions

Job Description

For our HQ in Leidschendam we are looking for an IT Business Partner for Corporate Functions such as HR, Finance and Procurement. You will be part of our Regional IT team in Europe & Africa and will be in contact with various business stakeholders to find solutions and identify improvements that enable IT solutions to help business. You will also guide and advice on requirements and solutions to have a best fit for the business, now and in the future. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously end to end from ideation to finalization, with hands-on role to analyze requirements, create business case, collaborate with multiple teams to implement.

Your role

• You will be the main point of contact from Information Technology to various business stakeholders in Corporate Functions business units to ensure (business) objectives are achieved;

• You are a trusted advisor to business stakeholders on Information Technologies and are able to provide guidance on the best for purpose solution;

• You will simultaneously lead a wide range of IT projects including enterprise and business applications, IT infrastructure, process automation and data management;

• You will identify and manage implementation of adopting the processes, applications and systems;

• You will perform hands-on in activities from initial request through initiation, execution, planning and final implementation;

• You will perform business analysis activities like demand management, business case creation, prioritization etc.

• As a part of the Regional IT team, you are expected to identify areas for improvement and assist in the annual planning;

• You collaborate with the various IT teams to ensure solutions fulfill business requirements, meet organizational needs and are adopted in the region.

Your track record

• You have a BSc or MSc degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or relevant professional experience;

• You have at least 3 years of working experience in IT project management related with enterprise/business applications, IT infrastructure and data management;

• Experience in managing IT projects for corporate functions such as finance, procurement and HR;

• You have previous experiences as a Product Owner and/or Functional Business Analyst;

• Process optimization/automation experience and experience in a project based B2B company is a plus;

• You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills;

• You have excellent English language skills, both written and oral.
