Job Description

We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of our IT Infrastructure Operations and are currently seeking a highly skilled and authoritative Identity and Access (IAM) Service Owner to join our Global IT team. Within this role, you will be responsible to set and implement the standards for operating and maintaining the organizations IAM environment.

Your role

  • You are responsible for our global IAM standards and systems;

  • You define and implement global IAM designs and a roadmap together with IT Architecture, Business representatives and Innovation;

  • You obtain, maintain and share up to date information and knowledge regarding development, innovation and market trends in the IAM field;

  • You utilize logical and creative problem solving to find solutions to problems in the environment on a broad scale. You also act as a third line support in complex issues;

  • You create and update technical documentation and operating procedures as needed;

  • You work with stakeholders to collect business and technical requirements and collaborate with architects, innovation engineers, internal (regional) IT departments and vendors;

  • You own and lead discussions and recommend solutions on the IAM scope.

Your track record

  • You have at least 10 years of experience within operational and tactical IT;

  • You have experience in designing IAM systems, managing internal and external (customer) access and with working alongside technical teams with the ability to translate technical requirements;

  • You have experience in working with Entra ID, Active Directory and preferably Okta/Auth0;

  • You have a clear and concise way of communicating and are able to motivate others, promoting a clear sense of purpose and a positive attitude to work with individuals, teams and stakeholders;

  • You are able to connect policy, innovation projects and operational business;

  • You have excellent English language skills, both written and oral.
