Responsibilities

  • Independently generating entire own annual revenue target captured from repeat unique client network.

  • Independently demonstrates effective technical and commercial influence on unique client networks.

  • Actively contributing to, steering and guiding service line strategy.

  • Acting as Project In-charge who response to Planning, Design, monitor and manage progress,Preparation of drawings & specifications, Tendering, Coordination, Client Meetings, Site Meetings, Site Supervision, Handover, Post-Handover Services of project.

  • As the head of various consultancy projects, review decisions made by Senior/Principal on complex project matters, especially critical matters, through careful analysis, risk assessment and sound judgment before deciding on ways to proceed. Be innovative and pragmatic and offer suggestions, support and reminders to Seniors/Principal.

  • Leading the technical supervision, training and skill development and perform team/resources planning and management.

  • Ensure that the design and maintenance of related works meet the project, legislative and safety requirement.

  • Monitor engineering design works such as detail drawings and specifications.

  • Review and approve complex proposals and bids with areas of expertise.

Requirements

  • Degree or above in Structural / Civil / Geotechnical engineering or related discipline.

  • Member of HKIE, ICE or IStructE with at least 8 years of relevant working experience.

  • RPE, RGE and / or RSE is advantageous.

  • Proven related project management experience.

  • Strong communication, analytical, reporting and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

  • Understanding of local authorities procedures, legislative and requirements.

  • Experience with consultancy firm will be an advantage.
