The Talent Acquisition Administrator – UAE National plays a crucial role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team by managing administrative tasks and coordinating hiring processes. The position ensures efficient operations within the talent acquisition function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the administrative tasks within the recruitment cycle including job postings, candidate sourcing and screening.

  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to enhance employer branding and recruitment strategies.

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Participate and coordinate in recruiting/career events, campus recruitment. Including booking stands, organising marketing collateral, organising Fugro staff to support with the event and managing event promotion.

  • Sends candidate rejection emails to all candidates dispositioned by managers during the recruitment process.

  • Ensure that interview notes of screened candidates are stored in the ATS.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment regulations.

What Skills and Experience will you have?

  • Must be a UAE national with a Family Book and have completed military service.

  • Previous experience in recruitment or administrative support is advantageous.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Proactive, adaptable and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
