Do you have a hunger for identifying and pursuing new opportunities? We're seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to spearhead our revolutionary product GroundIQ.
Your role will be crucial in expanding our global footprint within the Architecture Engineering and Construction (AEC) sector, taking the lead in key priority markets including infrastructure, energy, and critical minerals. As the driving force behind scaling GroundIQ, you will shape sales strategies and lead their development within our cross-regional teams. You will contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company, demonstrating ambition and energy to expand into new markets and client types. This role involves 30-50% global travel.
You have a comprehensive understanding of the entire asset development cycle and a proven track record in developing project opportunities. You possess a strong industry network and the ability to grow it to enable sales. Ideally, you have worked as a consultant for one of the international engineering consultancy firms.
Your deep understanding of diverse markets, coupled with your vigilance in tracking industry trends, regulations, and emerging prospects, sets you apart. You have exceptional client management skills, making you adept at navigating the AEC industry to identify geo-data value (map-model-monitor).

GroundIQ is a revolutionary, smart way to map and model what’s under the ground faster, easier, and more sustainably than ever before. It combines state-of-the-art ground imaging with targeted geotechnical observations, reducing the need for extensive exploratory site investigation programs. This enables engineers to make data driven decisions for better ground risk management anywhere in the world.
Your role
Your role will be key in expanding our global footprint within the Architecture Engineering and Construction (AEC) sector.
You will take the lead in key priority markets including infrastructure, energy, and critical minerals.
As the driving force behind scaling GroundIQ, your task will encompass shaping sales strategies and leading their development within our cross-regional teams.
You will contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company, demonstrating ambition and energy to expand into new markets and client types. This will involve 30-50% global traveling.
Your track record
You have a degree in a civil related discipline;
You understand the entire asset development cycle with a proven track record in developing project opportunities;
You have a strong industry network and the ability to grow a network to enable sales. Ideally, you have worked as a consultant for one of the international engineering consultancy firms;
