Job Description
For our head office in Leidschendam, the Netherlands, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Operations Transformation Manager to join our Global Finance Operations team. You will be responsible for guiding and executing the Finance Operations SSC strategy and transformation projects. You will manage projects that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of finance operations, especially shared service centers (SSCs), cost reduction programs, and service delivery model designs.
Your role
You will guide the overall program to optimize and improve the quality of an existing finance SSC.
You will analyze the current organizational set-up and transactional activities as a basis for next steps in Finance SSCs.
You will develop a cross-functional Service Delivery Model for finance, supply chain, in collaboration with procurement, and inventory management.
You will assess and design an improved target operating model as part of a global Finance SSC strategy, including alternatives for location setup.
You will optimize end-to-end processes, organization design, and interaction models.
What you bring
You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., Six Sigma) is a plus.
You have extensive experience in finance strategy, transformation projects, and shared services optimization. You have proven experience in leading large-scale finance projects.
You have expertise in Finance Strategy & Transformation, Process Improvement (Lean, Six Sigma), End-to-End finance process, Project Management, Data/Process Analysis, and Stakeholder Management.
You are proficient in English.
