Job Description

As a Business Reporting Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing procurement data and reporting processes. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance and senior stakeholders, to set up, manage, and update key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics aligned with procurement objectives. Your insights will help identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and efficiency improvements, supporting strategic decisions.

Your role

You will gather, clean, and analyze procurement data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. By merging data into a standardized database, you'll create and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards. You'll also develop reporting tools and templates to streamline processes and initiate new KPIs to ensure data governance.

Supporting strategic initiatives, you'll provide data-driven insights for procurement strategies and cost-saving initiatives. Collaborating with the Data & Reporting Manager, you'll align reporting activities with strategic goals. You'll identify opportunities for improvements in data collection, analysis, and reporting, staying updated with industry trends and technologies.

Engaging with stakeholders, you'll work with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored reporting solutions. You'll communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring data quality and consistency across multiple sources. Meeting tight deadlines for reporting requests and keeping up with advancements in data analytics tools and technologies will be crucial.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.

  • You have 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related field. Experience in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL). Understanding of procurement processes, KPIs, and metrics. Ability to present complex data insights clearly and work collaboratively. Knowledge of data analysis tools (Python, R) and data platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus.

  • You are detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. You have a proactive and innovative mindset. You can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You have strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
