Job Description

For our head office in Leidschendam, the Netherlands, we are looking for a Business Process Expert Finance to join our IFS Finance team as part of the IFS Global Center of Excellence.

You contribute to the execution of Fugro’s global ERP implementation and are involved in continuous improvement, implementation of future functionality, company setup, management reporting and post go live adoption monitoring and support.

Your role

  • You work on continuous improvement of the existing scope and you identify improvements and prepare and implement change requests;

  • You implement new functionality, for example business planning;

  • You contribute to the company setup of all Fugro entities and you maintain and improve the global basic data template;

  • You identifiy management reporting requirements and work on specifying and creation of reports and lobbies;

  • You support the implementation teams on general topics or with specific expertise on for example project control, tax and treasury;

  • You monitor and support the adoption of global IFS processes amongst others by defining KPIs and performing post go live assessments;

  • You provide post go live support to end users.

Your track record

  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting/Business Economics or related;

  • You have 5+ years working experience with finance/business control and process improvement, preferably within an international project oriented environment;

  • You have in-depth ERP knowledge and experience with implementation of ERP (preferably IFS);

  • You have a strong skillset in business process analysis and improvement;

  • You have a sound understanding of and hands on experience with IFRS accounting principles;

  • You are a good communicator with excellent English language skills (both written and oral) who feels comfortable in an international & multi-stakeholder setting.
