Project Quality Coordinator

Job Description

Fugro in Chile is seeking a professional to serve as Project Quality Coordinator for its headquarters in Las Condes (Metropolitan Region).

Responsibilities:

• Provide proactive QA and QC support to project activities such as planning, procurement, equipment preparation, mobilization, and service delivery operations.

• Identify and deliver improvement initiatives to drive predictable performance.

• Coordinate and conduct internal and external audits in compliance with company and contractual requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge and experience in Quality Management Systems.

• Certification as a lead auditor for ISO standards with relevant experience in audits, reporting, and effective follow-up.

• Advanced level of Microsoft Office.

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (desirable).

• Intermediate proficiency in Portuguese (desirable) and English (mandatory).

• 3 to 9 years of experience in a QA/QC role for projects, with at least 3 years of experience in the energy, infrastructure, mining, or related sectors.
