Corporate Strategy Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a Corporate Strategy Analyst to join our global team based in Leidschendam, The Neherlands. In this role, you will provide senior management with analysis and insights to make informed decisions.

Your Role:

Global Corporate Strategy team is part of Fugro’s Strategy & Transformation organization, providing input to the senior management to facilitate informed decision making.

As a Corporate Strategy Analyst:

• You work closely together with Market Intelligence, financial controllers, commercial teams and business stakeholders to conduct market, industry, competitor, financial, and qualitative analysis to identify growth opportunities

• You own analysis end-to-end including development and selection of the approach and frameworks, creation and communication of the reports

• You hold Expert-level knowledge and lead knowledge development on 2-3 strategic topics, relevant to the business agenda

• You develop and codify methodologies and help further develop analytical capabilities of the team

Your Track Record:

• You have a bachelor's or master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

• You have strong analytical skills and strong ability to analyse qualitative and numerical data and provide actionable insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel

• You have business acumen and understanding of basic financial concepts and financial analysis methods.

• A couple of years of experience (2 to 3 years) in Strategy Consulting, Venture capital, or Private Equity environment is a plus

• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus
