Job Title: QHSSE Advisor, CP Level 2

Fugro, the world’s leading independent provider of geo-intelligence and asset integrity solutions, is looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our QHSSE department in Belgium as an QHSSE Advisor and CP Level 2. Fugro offers specialized consultancy and engineering services in both land and marine environments.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English, with a strong emphasis on translation abilities;

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.) and Teams, and SharePoint (document controlling);

• Good knowledge of ISO9001, 14001, and 45001 standards;

• CP Level 2 or 3 (with abilities to become level 2 on short term) certification, or at least strong practical notions and relevant experience of occupational health and safety;

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor communication to different audiences;

• 1-5 years of experience in a similar role is beneficial;

• Proactive in suggesting continuous improvements for one's own activities as well as those of colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Country QHSSE Manager/ CP level 2 in their duties: maintaining all ISO current certifications, analyse concerns and reporting QHSSE results, and dynamize management system;

• Refine risk analyses, meeting reports, action plans, presentations, and incident analyses conducted by the Country QHSSE Manager / CP level 2;

• Conduct safety orientations for new employees in collaboration with the HR department;

• Maintain properly our BMS (Business Management System) on the Intranet network : document control, verification/validation/diffusion ;

• Promote QHSSE culture within the teams.
