Management Accountant

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Management Accountant to join our Finance department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting, with a proven ability to support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances and providing insights to management.

• Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis and profitability assessments to support strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.

• Management Support: Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support for decision-making.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, maintaining accurate records.

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial management.

• Ad-hoc Analysis: Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in management accounting or financial analysis.

• Professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
