Job Description
The Project Controller is responsible for the financial and administrative management of projects within the Finance department. This role involves working closely with project managers, teams, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.
Track project expenses and report on variances to budget and forecast.
Partner with project teams to manage and update project plans, risks, and issues.
Review and approve project invoices and contracts.
Provide financial analysis and support to project teams and senior management.
Develop and implement project control processes and systems.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant laws and regulations.
Provide regular project status reports and presentations to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in project management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in financial software and tools.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
