Fugro comments on market response to TV broadcast

The Brumadinho dam collapse in January 2019 was a tragic event, where amongst many others, four of our colleagues sadly lost their lives. We do not recognise ourselves as portrayed in the broadcast. The broadcast presents a one-sided and suggestive view of the case. Fugro is not aware of any new information. There are still investigations ongoing into the tragic event. As long as these are taking place, Fugro cannot comment further. We would like to stress that investigations concluded to date, have not led to any prosecution or legal action against Fugro.
