The role

As a Project Manager within our IRM Service Line, you will be reporting to the IRM Project Delivery Manger you will be working with the Service Line Team in Aberdeen You will also liaise with project and operations teams and Fugro Group colleagues globally.   
  
 You will Lead a project team to achieve optimal balance between cost, time and quality and between cost, benefit and risk on projects of complexity up to (and including) 3 by ensuring both effective and efficient execution of the project in such a way that the QHSSE, technical, commercial and contractual requirements are met. May support more complex projects by leading a work package. Key contacts & relationships include Project Delivery Manager, Project Directors and Senior Project Managers and Client Project Management Teams. Leads project teams and works collaboratively across multiple service lines and business units. Mentors and supports more junior members of the team. Is guided by Project Directors, Senior Project Managers and Project Delivery Manager. Applies knowledge of professional principles and practices. Is working toward or has attained a professional qualification and accreditation in Project Management.

You possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively while exerting influence over a team. Your proven project management experience, coupled with a keen understanding of the energy sector, makes you a valuable asset. You excel in communication, both verbally and in writing, with clients at all levels. Managing your workload and meeting deadlines is second nature, and you can prioritize tasks when needed to ensure on-time delivery. Your proactive nature, problem-solving abilities, and keen attention to detail contribute to your success in both individual and team settings, showcasing a strong desire to achieve and win business opportunities.
