Job Description

Are you an experienced Fleet Project Manager with a strong analytical overview and a can-do mentality? If so, then is the job you are looking for.

As a Senior Fleet Project Manager, you oversee crewing project activities related to business change programs, ensuring compliance with crewing legislation, industry standards, and Fugro requirements. You also guide the Crewing Department on processes, procedures, regulations, and policies.

You collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement compliance programs for crew management. To be successful you work closely with the Global Fleet Crewing Manager and the crewing team to enhance crewing activities’ efficiency and effectiveness.

Your role

  • You act as the Global Fleet Crewing Manager during absences;

  • You implement regulatory requirements and internal policies;

  • You develop and revise crew management procedures;

  • You conduct quality audits and ensures compliance;

  • You manage action plans for audit findings and compliance violations;

  • You manage crewing projects to support Fleet Services;

  • You create visual displays and documentation for stakeholders;

  • You adhere to IMS procedures and participate in HSSE engagements.

Your track record

  • You have a BSc. Degree or equivalent education and preferably 3+ years relevant experience;

  • You have 3+ years experience in crewing

  • You have knowledge of STCW, MLC, ISM, ISPS, CBA and Flag state regulations;

  • You have good organization and planning skills;

  • You are not afraid to make difficult decisions and you are result oriented;

  • You have good communication and language skills in English (written and spoken) and Dutch;

  • You have a customer focus attitude and positive approach to problems, you are optimistic and cooperation-oriented.
