Fabricator (Geotechnical)

Job Description

The Fabricator in the Geotechnical Department is responsible for constructing and assembling equipment and structures used in geotechnical projects. This role ensures high-quality fabrication while adhering to safety and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to fabricate components.

• Use welding, cutting, and machining tools to build and assemble structures.

• Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications.

• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to meet project requirements.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in fabrication or welding preferred.

• 5  years of experience in metal fabrication, preferably in geotechnical or construction settings.

• Proficient in using fabrication tools and machinery.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
