Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and business-savvy eROV (Electric Remotely Operated Vehicle) Product Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in the Energy sector, with experience in ROV operations.

Our innovative eROV’s are widely celebrated within the maritime industry. Our products are used for subsea inspections, seafloor mapping and environmental monitoring. Using our eROV’s reduces operational costs, human risks, and CO2 emissions.

As eROV Product Lead, you play a crucial role in supporting both the Product team and the Product Manager to ensure excellence in product delivery. Your goal is to drive the products from initial design to the production stage of the product lifecycle. With the team, you ensure the products meets market demand.

Your role

  • You lead the development and management of the eROV engineering team, ensuring high motivation to deliver and succeed across the team;

  • You coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met;

  • You ensure the implementation of strategic plans to drive product success and market growth;

  • You maintain strong relationships with the eROV Product Manager & key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals;

  • You efficiently deal with team logistics and Purchasing Orders for the products, both within innovation and via 3rd parties.

Your track record

  • Master’s degree in engineering, Business or related field;

  • Proven experience either with design, management or operations of ROV’s or similar robotic products;

  • Strong project management skills and ability to develop efficient plans;

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously;

  • High performer with a track record of delivering results.
