Job Purpose:
Manages lower complexity projects (Level 2), or lower complexity work packages in support of higher complexity projects, through (1) consistently demonstrating Foundation level capability in all project management competencies, (2) applying project governance and control by following company best practices, standards, and procedures on their projects, (3) optimizing project outcomes by consistently meeting project baselines (4) ensuring that project QHSSE, technical, commercial and contractual requirements are met, (5) capturing, sharing, and applying lessons learned on all managed projects, and (6) contributing to improvements in best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Management of near shore & onshore activities, including data acquisition, borehole logging , in-situ field testing.
Transferring all data to HO for preparation of report.
Holding Tool Box Talk daily and monitoring HSE performance and strict observance.
Positioning of SEP ( Jack up barge) over water at each test location ( BH/CPT etc) using dGPS.
Establishing the sea bed level w.r.t CD based on the predicted tide table or from the available Tide data.
Purchase of site requirement, regular coordination with PM, BLM, SLM
Pre-planning and execution of work as per the time schedule and site conditions to achive the target.
Fund management, sending weekly site account to HO regularly.
To liaise with client and subcontractors.
Maintaining the log books of site vehicles, boat tug etc.
Certifying the bills of third parties like tug/ boat vehicle at site before sending it to HO for payment
Preparation of site cash account and send it to the HO for approval in every week
Completing all requirements, both technical and statutory for site closure.
Maintaining the attendance of site personnel and the attendance sheet of marine allowance as per the FGTL norms.
Overall supervision of the accommodation of the crew and other staff members to ensure the hygienic conditions.
Dispatching the soil/rock samples safely to the laboratory with sample list .
Preparation of field work quantity in every month ,get the approval from the client rep and send it to PM on or before 25th of each calendar Month
Any other work assigned by company from time to time, based on competency.

HSE Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring safety of self and others at site. Prevent damage of equipment and assets Responsible for following all safety signs/procedures/ safe working practices Responsible for using appropriate PPE’s Responsible for participating in mock drills. Entitled to refuse any to undertake any activity considered unsafe. Responsible for filling up of hazard observation card, wherever hazard has been noticed at site. Responsible for safe housekeeping of his work place. To stop any operation that is deemed unsafe To be able to operate fire extinguisher in case of fire To report an incident as soon as possible to immediate supervisor and HSE manager To complete HSE trainings as instructed to do so.
