Job Description
For our head office in Leidschendam, the Netherlands, we are looking for a Business Process Expert Finance to join our IFS Finance team.
In this role you contribute to the execution of the entire global IFS implementation from fit/gap analysis to post go-live hypercare in a selection of countries and are the global finance representative in one of the implementation teams. You are also involved in continuous improvement of existing scope, implementation of future scope and support to live entities.
In this varied role there is a strong focus on change management and as part of it you travel frequently.
Your role
You prepare demos and training before fit/gap, prepare fit/gap material, run fit/gap, and follow up on identified gaps;
You define country specific business requirements, prepare change requests where applicable and advise on change request prioritisation;
You work with key stakeholders within the entities to ensure local participation/contribution to the implementation;
You provide key user training and support end user training, and explain details on the core solution, basic data, migration data, and share global best practices;
You collect and define company data for basic data setup and perform company setup supported by IT Business Analyst;
You create a test plan in consultation with country team,support the user acceptance test, and validate company setup and test improvements to global solution;
You support cutover and data migration and advise in cleaning, testing and validation of to be migrated data.
You provide post go live hypercare.
Your track record
You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting/Business Economics or related;
You have 5+ years working experience with finance/business control and process improvement, preferably within an international project oriented environment;
You have in-depth ERP knowledge and experience with implementation of ERP (preferably IFS);
You have a strong skillset in business process analysis and improvement;
You have a sound understanding of and hands on experience with IFRS accounting principles;
You are a good communicator with excellent English language skills (both written and oral) who feels comfortable in an international & multi-stakeholder setting.
