As a Sales Manager for Design Build projects at Fugro USA Land, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling Fugro's innovative products and services. This role is responsible for developing strategic relationships, generating leads, and driving financial growth in the design and build sector.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead by example and place Quality, Health & Safety, Security, and the protection of the Environment as core values while never intentionally placing employees, our processes, customers, or the communities in which we live and work at risk.
Cultivate and sustain strategic and commercial relationships with key accounts.
Proactively engage with clients to generate leads, opportunities, and sales.
Meet sales targets and contribute to the financial goals of the design and build sector.
Collaborate with project management teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Work closely with the proposal management team to develop compelling proposals.
Support marketing activities to enhance Fugro's market position.
Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute effective communication strategies.
Regularly update contacts, leads, and opportunities in CRM.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, civil engineering, or geotechnical engineering is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the design and build or related industry, is required.
Strong understanding of design and build environment and mechanisms.
Experience in managing and developing strong client relationships.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite, PowerPoint, and CRM Software.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clear driving record.
Must hold a valid passport for international travel.
Must have excellent and effective oral and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
This role will require up to 40% travel.
