Job Description

For our Leidschendam office we’re looking for an IT Business Analyst Financial Management. Within this varied role, you work together with many disciplines, you create functional designs and oversee the configuration of these designs. Moreover you provide advice to the deployment teams for these processes together with the Business Process Owners (BPO). This means, you are end- to end accountable for creating good quality designs, providing the required functionality in our enterprise applications and making sure that the user can use the system as intended by the BPO’s by testing the functionality before releasing it.

Your role

  • You are responsible for creating good quality designs and good documentation of the configurations and specifications;

  • You will work with the BPO’s on their functional roadmap and with the business to derive functional designs;

  • You will oversee the backlog to ensure that the team is working on the right priorities and you will oversee the quality of the development;

  • You will coordinate with the team of business analysts on a day-to-day basis;

  • You will assist with functional testing and advise about correct use of the system;

  • You will perform 3rd line functional support and ensure proper handover to the operations team;

  • You take timely actions for periodic maintenance to ensure correct functioning of the system.

Your track record

  • You have a bachelor or masters degree in Information Technology or Business Administration;

  • You have a background in financial management, preferably with relevant certifications aligned with finance and experience to work for or in a project management department;

  • You at least have a 1 year experience in ERP- implementation and change management.

  • You have excellent English language skills, both written and oral.
