We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of our IT Infrastructure and are currently seeking a highly skilled and authoritative Senior Engineer to join our Global IT team. Within this role, you are responsible for developing and managing our global end user workplace. Are you the expert in managing enterprise end-user environments? Your role
You are responsible for our standards for the global end user workplace;
You define, together with all stakeholders, the settings and security of our end-user devices with our tools such as Group Policies, SCCM, Intune, etc.;
You coordinate our software distribution process;
You globally manage, plan and coordinate the hard- and software lifecycle and manage expectations from a customer perspective; You set up, monitor and adjust a comprehensive improvement roadmap. You also set up and maintain an annual end to end service delivery planning;
You manage and report on service levels, handle service risks and exceptions and coordinate with customers and IT staff/suppliers to ensure smooth operations and effective issue resolution;
You create and update technical documentation and operating procedures as needed;
You are a third level escalation point to help and coordinate solving complex issues;
You lead your own discussions and recommend solutions on the Workplace.
Your track record
You have at least 10 years of experience in a senior role in enterprise end user computing;
You have experience in working with stakeholders and vendors;
You have experience in working with platform management tools such as SCCM, InTune and working with Group Policies;
You have a clear and concise way of communicating and are able to motivate others, promoting a clear sense of purpose and a positive attitude to work with individuals, teams and stakeholders;
You are able to connect policy, innovation projects and operational business;
You have excellent English language skills, both written and oral.
