Job Description
From our head office in Leidschendam, the Netherlands, you as Business Process Expert - IFS are to be responsible for assisting us with the roll-out of our new ERP system globally (IFS).
You will provide regular updates / reports on all assigned activities as dictates. You will have a close working relationship with other Fugro hubs, as these locations will report to you regarding all activities ascertaining to the design, build and roll out of the new IFS system. This role includes engaging regularly with stakeholders around the business locally, regionally, or globally.
Your role
You work with the team of Business Process Experts of SCM and other streams such as Finance, Projects and HR and drive the development of a standard for Global SCM Procedures & Processes for the New Global ERP system (IFS).
Train members of the SCM, Operations and Projects team for global solution and process required in the introduction of the new ERP system (IFS).
Drive and support Global processes, procedures, operating standards and associated tools for sourcing, purchasing and contract management.
Assist the Business Process Owner to define the SCM processes for the new ERP system and the relevant IT tools.
Assist the BPO in identifying main risks in the SCM area and mitigate these in the ERP system where possible. Ensure compliance with Fugro and legal standards.
Maintain global basic data templates and ensure compliance with dynamically changing solution aspects and or enhancements.
Travel to the Fugro roll-out and implementation locations globally few times in year.
Your track record
Ideally you have a Bsc or Msc degree in procurement or Supply Chain or related fields.
You have 5+ years of relevant experience in an international company and you have experience working for or in a Supply Chain department.
Ideally you have relevant experience with project management and implementing ERP systems;
You are process driven, have attention to detail and are well organized.
You have excellent English language skills both written and oral and ability to work in a multi-stakeholder environment.
